Inspection requests must be submitted by the previous business day at 4:00pm.
Approved fire protection system plans must be kept onsite at all times during the course of construction, along with a copy of the fire permit, and made available for inspection. When required documentation is not onsite for an inspection, the inspection will fail and be subject to applicable re-inspection fees and the inspection will have to be rescheduled for a later time, no sooner than the following business day.
Acceptance test reports for each fire protection system being installed is required to be submitted to Fire Marshal’s Office via www.TegrisFire.com, prior to requests for final system inspections being made. The Property Access Code (PAC) will be provided to the installation contractor at the time of permit approval. Final inspections of the fire protection systems will not be scheduled without the acceptance tests being submitted in advance. If you do not have the PAC, please contact our office to obtain one at (509)585-4302 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Coordination is REQUIRED if there is an interconnected fire protection system being installed by others simultaneously.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: This is only a request, a calendar invite will be sent if we can accommodate the request. Inspections can generally be conducted between 9am and 3pm Monday through Friday.
Calendar invite will be sent to this address if accepted and scheduled as requested.
By clicking this box I agree and understand that inspection requests must be reviewed and authorized, submitting this form does not mean that an inspection has been scheduled. In addition, I understand that the third inspection of the same work will require pre-payment of a re-inspection fee as determined by the Fire Inspector.
