Blasting Permit Application

    Blasting permit applications, once approved, are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Permits are only valid for the physical area noted in this application. Please allow 14 days for application review, incomplete applications will not be processed and the applicant will be notified.
  2. Scope of Work
  3. The official application date will be the date this form is submitted via email to our office by clicking the 'submit' button at the bottom of the form. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
  4. Provide City of Kennewick Project (SPA#) if one has been issued. If an SPA# has not been issued, please provide the general name of the project.
  5. Provide each parcel number of the project location. Use the Parcel Look Up Tool above if you are unsure of the correct parcel numbers. Permits are only valid for the physical area noted in the application.
