Who can obtain a copy of a medical incident report?
The Kennewick medical reports can only be released to the person that it pertains to, unless you have a Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, or have a medical release signed by the patient. Due to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), we are not allowed to release your record without a signed authorization form or a court order.
