  1. East Columbia Park

    East Columbia Park

    This project is for the improvements to an existing roadway at the east end of Columbia Park. The project will improve pedestrian and bicycle facilities. It will also consist of removing physical barriers, alter current pavement markings and signage, widen the path under the existing bridge and install rectangular rapid flashing beacons at the location of the crosswalk where the path crosses Columbia Park Trail just east of the existing bridge.

  2. US395/Ridgeline Drive Intersection

    US395/Ridgeline Drive Intersection

    This project is for the construction of an interchange at the intersection of US 395 and Ridgeline Drive.

    This project is for the reconstructing and widening of Metaline Avenue.

  4. 2017 Community Pedestrian Crossing Improvements

    2017 Community Pedestrian Crossing Improvements

    The project will remove pedestrian barriers at three location within the City of Kennewick. The project will construct mid-block crossings, ADA pedestrian ramps, rectangular rapid flash beacons (RRFB), raised median refuge islands and appurtenances. Crossing locations are: Volland Street @ the new HUD housing to provide a safer connection to the neighborhood grocery store (WINCO); Kellogg Street @ TriTech High School serving the school; Goodwill Industries and WorkSource, and Washington Street @ 6th Avenue serving Kennewick High School.

  6. 2017 Sewer CIP

    2017 Sewer CIP

    The project will improve water and sewer infrastructure at various locations in Kennewick. Existing water and sewer pipe will be replaced with newer pipe beside the older pipe lines still keeping the existing water line or sewer line in service. All the side services from the water line will be replaced to the existing meters at specific sites. There will be scheduled outages in which the public will be notified. In some areas the existing water pipe is not adequate for fire

  7. Hildebrand / Ridgeline Water System Improvements

    Hildebrand / Ridgeline Water System Improvements

    The Hildebrand and Ridgeline Looping project will install approximately 3,100 linear feet of 16-inch water line that will tie the existing Zone 4 parallel water lines in Ridgeline Drive and Hildebrand Boulevard together by installing water line in Ridgeline near the ASR well and proceed west to Sherman Street, connecting to the existing Zone 4 water line on Hildebrand Boulevard.

  8. Vista Field Water System Upgrade

    Vista Field Water System Upgrade

    This project is for the installation of pressure reducing valves at three locations to provide additional water supply during emergency conditions.

  9. W. 10th Avenue Water Main Replacement

    The project will install approximately 3,600 linear feet of 16-inch water line, connecting the existing 16-inch stub at Clearwater Avenue and 10th to the new 16-inch stub at Bob Olson and W. 10th Avenue

    Provide winery waste effluent treatment for up to 50,000 cases a year in partnership with the Port of Kennewick.
