Executive Staff - City Attorney
The City Attorney is the legal advisor to the City Manager, Administrative Staff, and City Council. The City Attorney’s Office prosecutes misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor cases for the City. The City Attorney and such Assistant City Attorneys as may be authorized, represent the City in all civil proceedings.
Executive Staff - Parks and Recreation Director
The Parks and Recreation Director oversees the daily maintenance and operations of city parks, greenways, municipal facilities, Southridge Sports and Events Complex and Keewaydin Community Center, ensuring equitable access to recreation, implementation of the Parks & Recreation Comprehensive Plan and Capital Improvement Program, and activities that foster the economic impacts of tourism.
Executive Staff - Chief of Police
The Police Chief provides oversight, as well as ensuring the day-to-day functioning of the organization. This includes administering and monitoring the budget, hiring appropriate personnel for the operation of the Police Department, ensuring compliance to contractual issues, and most importantly, ensuring public safety.

The Finance Director is responsible for overseeing finance, budget, audit, financial reporting and customer service.
Executive Staff - Public Relations & Customer Service Manager
Responsible for public relations and managing internal and external communications and public involvement strategies. Provides leadership and direction to the Customer Service Division and the cross-functional Economic Development team.
The Community Planning Department consists of three divisions: Long Range Planning, Development Services and Building Safety. The responsibilities of the Department include implementing the community’s long term vision and goals contained in the city’s Comprehensive Plan; administering land use policy and law and construction codes adopted by City Council. The Department supports several boards and commissions including City Council, Planning Commission, Historic Preservation Commission and Hearing Examiner.

The Human Resources Director oversees all of the City’s human resources functions, including employee recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits administration, workplace policy development, employee and labor union relations, and employee safety and wellness. The Human Resources Department provides services, guidance, and support to all City staff.
Executive Staff - Director of Management Services
The Director of Management Services is responsible for overseeing the City Clerk's Office, Information Systems, Purchasing/Fleet/Warehouse, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, and various cross-departmental special projects.
The Public Works Director is responsible for the Public Works/Engineering Division, Utility Services Division, and Traffic Division. Responsibilities include: administration of the design, construction and maintenance of City streets, stormwater, water and sewer services, and traffic control.
