Step 2: Project Review

What Happens After I Submit My Land Use Application?


The project will be assigned a project number that will be used to track the progress of the plans and the plan review. The plans are then distributed to various City Departments for their review and comment. Once the comments are gathered, you will be notified of each department's comments. You will then be responsible for addressing each department's comments and resubmitting revised plans, as needed. This step continues until all comments have been adequately addressed.
