What Happens After I Submit My Application & Plans?

When you submit the plans and application, someone will greet you at the counter and verify that all information is provided. The Plans Examiner will review the plans for all model codes and Kennewick Municipal Code compliance, and will comment on items that need to be addressed. You will then be contacted and informed that your plans are ready and the permit can be picked up at the Building and Development Services office.
