Over the Phone
We gladly accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards over the phone. To make a payment by phone, please call (509) 585-4266. To ensure that your payment is applied in a timely manner, please have the following information ready when calling:
- Patient Number (can be found in the upper right hand corner of your bill)
- Account Number (can be found in the upper right hand corner of your bill)
Mail
To mail your payments, please be sure to include your payment slip. If you do not have a payment slip, please provide your patient number and account number on your check or money order. All payments need to be mailed to the following address:

Walk-in Services
If you would like to make a payment in person, you will need to have your payment slip, patient number, and/or account number. All walk-in payments will be accepted at the following address:
